Thought we could get to know Judge a little more through some fun facts! Aaron Judge is 6 foot 7 inches. He was born on April 26th, 1992. Aaron Judge is adopted. He has his own section in Yankee Stadium called the Judges Chambers, that are supposed to resemble the jury box like in courtrooms. His nickname is All Rise like you would for a Judge. He even used this nickname for his charity/foundation he created call the All Rise Foundation. In 2022, Judge signed the largest MLB contract at the time for $360 Million. Judge was a three-sport star in high school, he played basketball, football, and baseball. He even had a school record for touchdowns and was even recruited by many prestigious colleges like UCLA and Stanford but chose baseball instead. His first at bat in 2016 was a home run. Big Congrats to Aaron Judge since he has become a father! Aaron Judge and his Wife, Samantha Judge, have welcomed their daughter, Nora Rose Judge on January 27th. The couple had held off on posting anything on social media until February 5th for privacy.  Let's congrats the Judge family on this big moment!

Aaron Judge is having a great start to the 2025 Season. He is leading the MLB in batting average with a 0.400, he is tied for the most hits with Brendan Donovan with 28 hits, he is in second place for RBI's at 22 and he is in 3rd for Homeruns with 7. Some say he is even on track to possible break his own American League Home Run Record and hit at least 60 homeruns this year.  Can't wait to see was else he does this season:)

 

Yankees Send Aaron Judge A Message Please read the following Yahoo Sports Article on Judges announcement to be Team Captain for the 2026 World Baseball Classic was responded to by the Yankees!

Hi Everyone, Great news has been annouced. Aaron Judge has been selected to be the Team Captain for Team USA at the 2026 World Baseball Classic! If you are unfamilair with the World Baseball Classic, it is almost like the olympics for baseball. It is played every 4 years and have teams from across the world play in the tournament.  Can't wait for more updates on this to come!

How could I have a blog about Aaron Judge without introducing him. Aaron Judge is the Team Captain and Right/Center Fielder for the New York Yankees. Aaron Judge become a Yankee in the 2013 MLB draft and was the 32nd overall pick. His rookie season was in 2016 and won American League Rookie of the Year in 2017. He also set a record that year with 52 Homeruns. In 2022, he broke another American League record. He broke Roger Maris's American League Single Season Home Run Record of 61 Homeruns by hitting 62 homeruns on October 4th. He then won his first American League MVP and Was then named the Captain of the Yankees in that same year as well. He also won AL MVP in 2024 after a great season and helping bring the Yankees to their first World Series since 2009, but sadly they lost to the Los Angles Dodgers. Hopefully they can make it back and win this year! More to come soon!
